Assessment method
This qualification is assessed by a portfolio of evidence.

How is the course delivered?
A one-day workshop will cover the required knowledge and practice of leading internal quality assurance. Once completed you will be required to complete an assignment and then demonstrate leading Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) practice.

Course requirements
The Candidate Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) must have access to at least two qualified assessors, each with a minimum of two learners of their own, that they are accessing through a qualification as well as also demonstrating evidence that they lead and support a team of assessor in the workplace. You will be required to arrange a meeting with your accredited assessor in the workplace and you will also need to arrange for a qualified IQA to countersign your internal quality assurance decisions.  Ideally you will be have been internally verifying performance for at least six months.

You will have a further 6-8 months to complete your assignment and collect your performance evidence following your attendance.
